New Clothes

Mom wants a new spring coat.  I just bought her one last spring.  She says it is too big for her.  She actually wore it a lot last spring.  It has a hood so it's good for the rain.  It's so hard to find a coat that fits well.  I told her I would take her shopping so she could pick one out.  

She often complains that she has no clothes.  Of course, like many women, she has a whole closet full of clothes.

Mom is complaining that she needs new things.  She thinks she has a lot of money and that it should be spent.  She asks why I am so cheap. I told her we would go shopping.  Usually after we get ready to go shopping, she doesn't want to go shopping or when we get to the mall she wants to go home, but sometimes she actually shops.  I never know, so I just start with the intention of going shopping.  It's very tiring.

Mom says she only has one pair of pants.  She has maybe 10 pairs.  She said they all are either too short or too long.  
She doesn't like her new winter coat either.  She says it is too big.  She says she is embarrassed to wear it.  She picked it out herself at the store.
