Sugar on Salisbury steak

Mom was upset.  I got served coffee so I gave mine to Donna.  I took mom's tea since she didn't seem to want it.  She seemed suspicious about it.  She seemed to think something strange was in there.  I tasted the tea and noticed that it was way stronger than usual and bitter.  I put some milk in. Once mom saw the colour was different, she seemed more calm.  I was thinking about asking the nurse if her medication had been changed.  She had seemed kind of paranoid.  I guess she was just shocked because the tea tasted bitter.  I should think about bringing her some green tea.
Mom had a good appetite.  She seemed kind of miffed when I cut her Salisbury steak up for her.  I only cut a few pieces at a time.  She cut the last pieces with the side of her fork.  She ate everything. She hardly touched her apple crisp which was really delicious.
I watched in horror as Edward poured sugar on his Salisbury steak.  He ate some and then poured more sugar.  He had a good appetite today.
Mom and I shared an orange.  I peeled it and gave it to her section by section.
When we got to mom's room, I found 3 bananas in her drawer.
She had a lot of dirty underwear in her laundry basket.
I think I'm going to stop doing her laundry.
I put the head phones on mom and she was really happy.  We went out to the lobby so that she could hum along.  After about half and hour, mom was ready to do something else so we went back to her room and looked at her photo book.  Donna came to check on us.  We went out to the fish tank room to sit with Shanta.  Shanta wanted to play cards, but I said we should wait until after the quarantine.
