Little barking dog

Friday, September 30, 2016
Mom had already polished off all her drinks, including my milk.
She wouldn't put on her bib until I got a bib and put it on.   Dinner was served rather late.  The dessert came first so I had to push it away from her.  When the Salisbury steak with mushroom sauce, baked potato and peas arrived, mom said she wasn't going to eat it. She said she had to go to the washroom.  I saw her go the wrong way so I went to fetch her and point her in the right direction.
I thought she was taking a long time, so I thought I better go and get her.  She was fine.
She ate half her dinner.  She enjoyed the Salisbury steak, but I had to cut it up for her.  I had to scoop out the potato from the skin.  She used a spoon for the potato and a fork for the Salisbury steak and peas.  She didn't have any dessert, not one bite.  It was different colours of Jello with Cool Whip or something like that.
After dinner they went to the Horse Races and Donna's horse won several times.  She put the chocolates in her pocket.  I hope she remembers to take them out before they get too melted.
Shanta gave me two chocolates that she won.  I gave one to mom while Donna was using the toilet.
We put on jackets and went to the dog park.  There were a lot of dogs.  One little dog was barking at a Shepherd because it had a squeaky toy.  The owner of the little dog kept giving the little dog treats to distract it, but it kept barking at the big dog.  It was funny.
