Chris visits

When I arrived, mom was sitting with Donna and Edward and three aides were also sitting at the table chatting.  I was worried that something happened to mom, but she seemed okay.  Jacquie joined us later.  Mom refused to eat anything.  She was amenable to eating half a banana.  She drank most of her Boost.  I asked for a cover for her food and kept it for later.  Maybe to eat with Chris.
I took mom to her room to toilet her.  She was okay.  I rub her calves and she likes that.  Her legs always feel cold.
I toileted her.  She had some poop in her butt, but her diaper was pretty clean except for pee.  I changed her diaper and wiped her up.  I wiped her face too and washed her hands.
Chris went through a bit of the photo book with mom.
We walked mom back to the kitchen and I tried to get mom to eat.  Eventually, I was able to get her to drink her apple juice, eat her pureed strawberries and a teaspoon of pureed carrot.
She was in a good mood and talked a lot and laughed.
She was still in a good mood when we left her at the nurses' station.  I put a flannel sheet over her legs.
